Shipping policy
We aim to process, pack & ship your orders within 1-3 business days (Which excludes weekends), this also excludes pre-orders. This is our standard time however from time to time we reserve the right to adjust this during busy periods - any adjustments will be shown on our homepage banner.
Once an order leaves our possession it is no longer our responsibility. Any issues with delivery or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer, but we will always try our best to assist however we can.
We cannot action an investigation with the courier until 5 business days have passed since the initial tracking creation, up until this point we cannot help any more than referring to the tracking information.
