Refund policy

We handle every order with care, but occasionally, errors may occur. If you experience any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact orders@kreative-korner.store as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it. If we're not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we'll be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a clear print/production error. 

We will happily assist in returns and refunds providing the items are returned back to us in the original condition. The buyer is fully responsible for the return postage and costs associated.

Please note: Color variations due to screen settings or lighting conditions are not considered defects. Damage due to not following wash and care instructions are also not considered defect.
